I am a man of focus, commitment, and sheer will. I plan to gain respect through my strategy building and problem-solving; see, throughout my life, I have faced countless situations where for a moment I almost gave up on the things and people around me, however, one thing remained consistent, I experienced that there is always light in dark spaces, and that’s what I focused on, earlier on in my career; this induced a sense of optimism so deep that later on, I became immune to setbacks. People say I’m level-headed, humble, and brutally honest, while all I do is keep a balance in my life; I have a professional side! that is driven by focused goals and strategies to implement those goals with a sense of becoming empathic to the people around me and shouldering every complication that threatens my team. While personally, I’m as open and talkative as anyone; I try to be the life of the party, and “making the best of the moment in front of me” has always been my

Musa was my Manager International Relations for the National Office of Outgoing Exchange in the term 19.20 for the Member Committee of AIESEC Pakistan which I was part of as VP. He dove into work head-first, passion-first and his go getter attitude was one of the reasons I didn’t have things to worry about. Musa impressed me the first time I got to know about him, when he was managing Exchange Participants from the Local Committee of AIESEC in NUST all single-handedly, he managed Quality of Operations and CXP with me when I was serving as National Head Quality Control and I believe that was exactly the time when I knew that I had to induct him in the National Office. Working with Musa has been one of the biggest heartfelt pleasures of my leadership journey. From being a quiet worker in the room, I saw him develop into a leader who was the same hard-worker but this time, not so quiet, with a microphone in his hand, facilitating sessions, designing them, perfecting them to the very end and delivering them at national conferences.
